JK Executive Strategies is proud to partner with a growing financial services firm in search of an Executive Assistant to join its team!

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to support executive leadership in operational, administrative, and reporting functions. This role works closely with the leadership team to ensure internal processes run smoothly, key business metrics are tracked and reported accurately, and HR and financial administrative functions are supported effectively. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, systems-minded, and enjoys working behind the scenes to improve efficiency and support strategic growth.

Responsibilities
  • Manage leadership calendars for internal and non-client meetings.
  • Coordinate internal meetings, prepare agendas, and track follow-ups as needed.
  • Assist with HR functions including onboarding, offboarding, employee documentation, and benefits coordination.
  • Support recruiting efforts through interview scheduling and candidate communication.
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable/receivable coordination and expense tracking.
  • Maintain organized financial and operational documentation.
  • Compile and prepare reports on key business metrics and KPIs for leadership review.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of internal reporting.
  • Help improve internal systems, workflows, and operational processes.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee and financial information.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in administrative support, operations, executive assistance, HR coordination, or related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable working with financial data and business performance reports.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with bookkeeping or accounting software is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive, problem‑solving mindset.
Salary Range
  • $55,000 - $60,000
