Location: City of Rochester

A medical institution in New York is seeking an Office Coordinator to provide administrative support for the Director of Facilities and coordinate vendor contracts and invoices. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and take initiative, with a requirement for knowledge in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. A High School Diploma or GED is required, and an Associate’s Degree in Secretarial Science is preferred.

This full-time position offers an hourly pay range of $22.23-$29.66.
