JK Executive Strategies is partnering with a well-respected financial services firm in search of a Client Service Assistant to join its team. This role offers an exciting chance to contribute to a growing team and make a significant impact on client relationships.
The Client Service Assistant will include administrative duties including but not limited to; preparation of account service documents, maintaining client files, maintaining client CRM system, processing incoming & outgoing mail, maintaining calendars, and preparing client financial reports. This role will also include operational support. Responsibilities- Help advisor prepare for client meetings.
- Help with delivery of customized financial plans.
- Use CRM system efficiently to collect client information for upcoming meetings and documentation.
- Assist with data entry of all client’s financial information.
- Anticipate advisor needs and handle them proactively.
- Provide advisors with weekly updates and check-ins.
- Use excellent customer service skills to build client relationships.
- Handle phone calls from clients, when appropriate.
- Work on special projects directly with advisors.
- Make recommendations to systematize and improve office functionality.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or other business-related discipline or financial industry experience preferred.
- 3+ years of related experience, ideally in a client service capacity.
- FINRA Series Licenses strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office – specifically Excel.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems experience would be useful.
- Ability to communicate, organize and manage time efficiently.
- Detail-oriented; strong math, decision-making, and analytical skills.
- Technical aptitude; including strong PC, Internet, and software skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
- Capacity to handle multiple tasks at once.
- Capable of viewing details in the overall context of the client and/or advisor’s circumstances.
- Identify and solve problems efficiently.
- Possess a positive attitude and a pleasant demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communications skills.
- $58-65k
