* The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
*** Responsibilities:
** Responsible for maintaining the department staffing schedules, timekeeping, and a variety of nursing office clerical work specific to the department of nursing.
** ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
*** Monitors and edits staff time, including running queries and reports when necessary. Manages disability/workers compensation approvals and time entry for staff. Supplies data on request.
* Calculates multiple bonus entries that correlate with retention programs.
* Oversees the communication of policy questions, reviews labor laws, and provides explanations to staff.
* Other duties as assigned.
** MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
*** High School diploma and 2 years of relevant experience required
* Or equivalent combination of education and experience
