Role DescriptionThis is a part time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing phone communications, checking patients in and out, verifying insurance, maintaining records, and providing clerical support. The ideal candidate will be an organized and detail-oriented professional capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to ensure smooth office operations
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Proficiency with office software and systems such as scheduling tools and record‑keeping applications
- Previous experience in a healthcare or wellness-related field is a plus
