About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Support Specialist to provide exceptional administrative and operational support to our Executive Team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, demonstrates strong attention to detail, and enjoys helping leaders operate efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily administrative support to executive leadership.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, meeting materials Connectivity and presentations.
- Assist with project coordination, tracking deadlines, and supporting departmental initiatives.
- Serve as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Gather information from team members and summarize progress for leadership.
- Support data entry, basic research, and preparation of executive summaries.
- Perform general administrative duties to enhance department workflows and productivity.
- Help manage task lists and ensure deadlines are not overlooked.
- Other duties as assigned.
