Overview

EES Energy Services is looking for the ideal candidate to join our business team as a Receptionist / Office Assistant. This is a full‑time on‑site position - Monday - Friday 8am to 4:30pm. The candidate's primary responsibility will be to support the administrative, accounting, and project departments. Opportunity is available for the candidate to progress within the company.

Responsibilities
  • Accounts Payable
  • Create Purchase Orders
  • Office Supply Inventory
  • Credit Card Payments
  • Various office tasks as instructed by management
Required Skills
  • Relevant demonstrable experience with Quick Books online.
  • Relevant experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Relevant experience in office work.
