, you will focus on wow‑ing clients now and in the future.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
- Sales/marketing experience
- Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
- Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs
- Schedule clients as they prefer
- Ensure all client needs are met during service, whether in person, over the phone, or virtually
- Maintain office cleanliness and organize resources with team members
- Other duties as assigned
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment
- Previous customer‑service experience
- Ability to multitask
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office

Pay Range$15.50 - $27.00 per hour. The pay range is posted in accordance with local requirements; individual pay decisions depend on job‑related factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location. Successful candidates may participate in incentive compensation or short‑term incentive plans and receive benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, retirement savings plan, and associate discount program.
