We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Bookkeeper to support day-to-day financial operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, accuracy, and working behind the scenes to keep a business running smoothly. The Bookkeeper will manage financial records, process transactions, and ensure accurate reporting.

Job Description

+ Record daily financial transactions

+ Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable

+ Reconcile bank and credit card statements

+ Process invoices and payments

+ Assist with payroll processing

+ Maintain accurate general ledger entries

+ Prepare basic financial reports (monthly, quarterly)

+ Organize and maintain financial records

+ Support accountants during audits or tax preparation

+ Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Requirements

Requirements

+ 1+ year of bookkeeping or related accounting experience preferred

+ Basic understanding of accounting principles

+ Proficiency in Quick Books, Excel, or similar accounting software

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

+ Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks

+ High level of integrity and confidentiality

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills

+ High school diploma required;
Associate's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
