Reports to: North American Controller

$75,000 – $85,000 per year

• Ensures the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions.
• Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expense entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
• Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies.
• Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts, preparing a trial balance, and reconciling entries.
• Assists in the annual budget process and reports progress versus budget throughout the year.
• Summarizes financial status by collecting information and preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other documents.
• When necessary, completes external and internal audits by analyzing and scheduling general ledger accounts and providing information for auditors.
• Avoids legal challenges by complying with legal requirements.
• Participates in re-costing of products and items.
• Protects the organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
• Approves and sets up new suppliers.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• BA in Accounting or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably make‑to‑order or engineer‑to‑order.
• Strong Excel skills; ability to synthesize large amounts of data and extract meaning.
• Ability to work across functional lines with all areas of the organization.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Experience with an integrated ERP system.
