Manager in Training | $48,000 - $63,000 per year
Domino's Pizza is looking for Assistant Managers who are natural leaders and ready to learn. You will be responsible for leading a crew during your shift, ensuring quality, safety, and an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Set the example for employees by following all Domino's policies and procedures.
- Control costs, inventory, and cash.
- Maintain store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.
- Handle staffing, paperwork, and employee attendance and punctuality.
- Ensure excellent customer service and adherence to standards.
- Good judgment and decision-making.
- Basic math skills and ability to multitask.
- Strong leadership and communication.
- Time management and organizational skills.
Work in a fast‑paced environment with flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth. This role is full‑time.
