Attention all Registered Nurses: we are seeking independent contractors to provide services to our Military Service members.
Our work primarily occurs on weekends, with some weekday shifts under the Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP) in NH, on an 'as needed' basis.
We provide health readiness services to meet medical and dental requirements for maintaining a deployable military force, supporting:
- U.S. Army Reserve (USAR)
- Army National Guard (ARNG)
- U.S. Navy Reserve (USNR)
- U.S. Marine Forces Reserve (MARFORRES)
- U.S. Coast Guard Reserve (USCGR)
- Air National Guard (ANG)
- U.S. Air Force Reserve (USAFR)
Responsibilities:
- Support physical health assessments of military personnel.
- Review health history, medical records, and questionnaires.
- Interview military personnel regarding medical concerns.
- Identify urgent concerns, including behavioral health issues.
- Document interview results using our proprietary system.
Requirements:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited program.
- CPR and BLS certification.
- Minimum of 2 years recent clinical nursing experience.
- Unrestricted nursing license in the U.S.
- Resilience, effective communication skills, and teamwork attitude.
