• Under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), deliver efficient nursing care and achieve positive clinical outcomes.
• Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, observe condition and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

• Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing program.
• Licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification (or as required by state or facility).
