Lead Carpenter

A Typical Day at Premier Deck

We arrive on site at 7:30. Unload the trailer and set up the work site for the day. Work with and alongside the Deck Tech to produce a great deck project and provide an amazing experience for the customer from start to finish.

Clean and pack up the job site, log work for the day on the provided iPad, plan ahead for materials needed, send an update to the customer, and punch out by 3:30.

• Strive for a 5-star review on all projects

Quality

Maintain a quality standard outlined by Premier Deck.

Schedule

Complete projects on time or ahead of schedule. Prepare a 3-day look ahead for materials. Update daily job log and production task list.

Organization

Keep the job site clean and orderly. Maintain a stocked trailer.

Production

Able to work with the Deck Tech and produce approximately 200 square feet of deck per week.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
• Basic hand tools
• Ability to lift 80 pounds
