We are looking for an experienced and motivated Controller to join our client's team the Rochester NH area. This role is ideal for a Controller who excels in financial management, reporting, and team leadership. The successful Controller candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial processes and fostering a collaborative work environment. The Controller for this role must have excellent leadership and mentoring skills and have the hands on capabilities to handing the Costing and managing the company's financials.

This Controller is both hands on and Strategic in nature.

Requirements

- Proven experience in financial statement preparation and reporting.

- Expertise in managing the month-end close process.

- Strong knowledge of reconciliations, accruals, and journal entries.

- Standard Cost Accounting experience

- Ability to lead and mentor a team effectively.

- Excellent leadership, organizational and communication skills.

- Proficiency in relevant accounting software and tools.

- Commitment to maintaining compliance with financial regulations and standards.
