Intec Automation Inc. is an established (25+ years of business), small automation company based in Rochester, NH that specializes in the design and build of custom automation equipment. To support our continued growth, we are looking for an energetic individual to serve as a Principal Controls Engineer. The individual we are seeking must enjoy problem solving, and rarely build the same machine twice.
The company needs a hands‑on, assertive individual that is self‑motivated, pursuants of personnel development and growth, who is willing to share knowledge and enhance the capabilities of co‑workers and the company alike.
The Principal Controls Engineer serves as the technical authority and subject matter expert for all aspects of controls engineering within Intec Automation. This role focuses on delivering advanced technical solutions, mentoring engineering teams, and driving innovation in control systems design and implementation. The Principal Controls Engineer will work as a direct contributor on complex projects while influencing technical strategy and standards across the organization.
CoreResponsibilities
- Serve as the technical authority for controls engineering and automation systems.
