** Principal Controls Engineer**.  The individual we are seeking must enjoy problem solving, and rarely building the same machine twice.  The company needs a hands-on, assertive individual that is self-motivated, pursuant of personnel development and growth, who is willing to share knowledge and enhance the capabilities of co-workers and the company alike.
** GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB:
** The Principal Controls Engineer serves as the technical authority and subject matter expert for all aspects of controls engineering within Intec Automation. This role focuses on delivering advanced technical solutions, mentoring engineering teams, and driving innovation in control systems design and implementation. The Principal Controls Engineer will work as a direct contributor on complex projects while influencing technical strategy and standards across the organization.
