Position Summary:

This position will be a key member of the Engineering Team supporting the manufacturing of 3D woven composite engine components. This role encompasses everything associated with all products' manufacturing processes. Through direct management, you will help support and guide the team of Manufacturing Engineers in charge of improving the manufacturing process and manufacturing line efficiency. This position will act as a key customer interface responsible for coordination of technical issues, schedule, quality, and change management.

This is a first shift position, Monday-Thursday, 7am-5pm

- * Build, manage and enact a skills management and training program for the Process Engineers.

- * Customer interface and technical coordination; regularly communicate with all levels in the customer organization to manage technical definition, work scope, progress status and schedule.

- Interface with Quality, Production and Product teams and their management to ensure coordination of all Projects lead by Manufacturing Engineers
