CDL A Dedicated Regional Delivery Truck Driver

10-4 Logistics USA is seeking experienced Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated regional delivery position. This role provides predictable, consistent miles with weekly home time and competitive compensation. Routes operate on a dedicated lane originating in Warrensburg, MO and serving MN, SD, ND, IA, NE, KS, MO, AR, OK, TN and KY.

• Dedicated lane with consistent routing and predictable schedule
• Average 2–3 loads per week with 4–5 stops per load
• Day and night shifts; weekly home time with a guaranteed 34‑hour reset (typically includes Saturday or Sunday)
• All dry freight; unloading performed using roller conveyor systems
• Trucks may be taken home when a safe, appropriate parking location is available

• Safely operate a Class A tractor‑trailer in compliance with DOT and company regulations
• Complete scheduled pickups and deliveries to meet on‑time performance expectations
• Perform and document pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections; submit DVIRs and trip reports
• Maintain accurate electronic logs (ELD) and required shipping documentation
• Operate roller conveyor unloading equipment as required and follow safe handling procedures
• Communicate professionally and effectively with dispatch, customers, and maintenance
• Adhere to company safety policies and quality standards to ensure damage‑free deliveries
• Secure and park tractor/trailer at an approved, safe location near home when required

• Average weekly pay: $1,650 via direct deposit (top drivers earn approximately $2,100)
• Load pay: $320 per load

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL‑A)
• Minimum of 3 months verifiable tractor‑trailer experience within the past year
• Clean motor vehicle record (MVR)
• Able to pass DOT physical exam and pre‑employment drug screening

• Reliable, professional attitude and demonstrated commitment to safety
• Access to a safe and secure parking location for tractor/trailer near home
