We are seeking a skilled Commercial Kitchen Equipment and Refrigeration Technician to ensure our kitchens and bakeries operate efficiently. Responsibilities include diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial kitchen appliances, refrigeration, and HVAC systems across our campus. Your work will help minimize downtime and support our culinary team.

• Refrigeration:
  Walk-in coolers/freezers, ice machines
• Cooking:
  Commercial ovens, fryers, steam kettles
• Ventilation & HVAC:
  Exhaust hoods, rooftop units
• Sanitation:
  High-capacity dishwashers

• CFC Universal Certification
• EPA 608 certification
• Legal work status in the US
• Willingness to relocate to Madison, WI
• COVID-19 vaccination
• At least 3 years' experience in:
• Commercial kitchen equipment repair
• Refrigeration system service
• Electrical diagnostics
• Gas-fired equipment and piping
