• Expert Installation: Install complete HVAC systems in residential homes, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless mini‑splits
• Precision Setup: Measure, size, and configure systems for optimal performance and energy efficiency
• Technical Connections: Connect electrical wiring, refrigerant lines, condensate drains, and ventilation systems according to manufacturer specifications and local codes
• Load Calculations: Run Manual J load calculations to ensure the right equipment is properly sized for each home
• System Optimization: Test, calibrate, and fine‑tune systems to achieve peak efficiency and customer comfort
• Problem‑Solving: Troubleshoot installation challenges and recommend appropriate solutions or equipment upgrades

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of residential HVAC installation experience (required)
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation best practices, and industry standards
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and equipment specifications
• Skilled in problem‑solving, critical thinking, and diagnosing installation challenges
• Detail‑oriented with precision in measurements, connections, and system setup
• Team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision
• Clear communicator with a customer‑first mindset
• Physical ability to lift 75+ lbs, work in attics/crawl spaces, and handle demanding installations
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• EPA Section 608 certification (preferred, or ability to obtain)
• Experience with ductwork fabrication and modification (preferred)
