Research Scientist, Research Assistant/Associate
Our client, a leader in bio-fermentation and innovative laboratory solutions, is seeking a Lab Technician to join their dedicated team. As a Lab Technician, you will be an integral part of the pilot plant and laboratory operations supporting cutting-edge bio-fermentation research and development. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, proactive problem-solving skills, and a passion for scientific discovery, which will align successfully within the organization.

Shift: Day shift
What's the Job?
- Assist in setting up bio-fermentation equipment and maintaining laboratory cleanliness and safety standards.
- Conduct analysis of fermentation samples and accurately record experimental data.
- Update databases with experimental results to support ongoing research projects.
- Support pilot plant operations by preparing and cleaning equipment as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize fermentation processes and troubleshoot issues.
What's Needed?
- Basic understanding of laboratory procedures and bio-fermentation processes.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies.
- Prior experience in a laboratory setting is a plus but not required.
