**** Essential Duties and Responsibilities
*** Coordinate catering sales activities by supporting the sales team with proposals, contracts, and event documentation to ensure a smooth booking process.
* Serve as a point of contact for clients, assisting with inquiries, event details, and logistics to help deliver a positive client experience.
* Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, track leads and bookings, and prepare sales reports for leadership.
* Collaborate with operations, culinary, and event teams to communicate client needs and ensure successful execution of catering events

** Education and/or Experience
*** Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
* Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in event management, catering sales, or hospitality operationS

*** Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a client-focused mindset
* Exceptional organizational and project management abilities with high attention to detail
* Ability to thrive under pressure, adapt quickly, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver successful events.
** COMPENSATION
* * Competitive salary, commensurate with experience, and a generous benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and 401k plan.$45K-$50K
