Responsibilities and Duties

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Exterior Sales Representative to help propel our company's growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, securing contracts, managing the scheduling of projects, and providing top-tier customer service. The ideal candidate will possess a professional demeanor, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering unparalleled remodeling solutions.

  • Generate leads by networking, cold calling, and utilizing digital marketing strategies to reach potential clients.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of customer needs, providing comprehensive solutions, and negotiating contracts to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with our design and construction teams to develop detailed project schedules, ensuring timely execution of projects.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and approachability while engaging with clients, establishing trust, and representing our brand.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Actively engage in continuous learning and professional development to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the remodeling or construction industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively connect with clients and close deals.
  • Demonstrated ability to self-motivate, work independently, and achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to track leads and enhance productivity.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
