Retail Customer Service Associate; Seasonal – Sargent’s North

A Retail Customer Service Associate provides Sargent’s level customer service experiences for all retail customers, be it in person or other communication. A Retail Customer Service Associate is responsible for providing plant advice, as well as the right plants and garden products necessary for gardening success.

As a retail associate, you will report to the store manager and assistant manager.

Common daily tasks may include:

• Customer carry-out
• Unloading delivery trucks
• Operation of cash register
• Keeping retail area clean
• Keeping everything stocked on shelves as well as behind the register
• Plant care and grounds maintenance such as watering, weeding and pruning
• Answering phones and customer questions

• Wage Rate: $13-$15 per hour
