Salary: $20.32 – $25.41 per hour

• Greet and provide general information to visitors/customers.
• Assist customers with merchandise selection.
• Enter sales on a computerized cash register.
• Count and reconcile daily receipts and complete forms.
• Price, mark, and stock merchandise.
• Assist with merchandise displays.
• Conduct physical inventory of merchandise.
• Perform housekeeping duties: clean shelves and cases, sweep floors, vacuum carpet.
• Open and close the store.

• Knowledge of customer‑service practices and principles sufficient to meet quality standards.
• Effective communication skills with internal and external customers.
• Math skills to handle sales transactions, make change, and calculate balances.
• Knowledge of point‑of‑sale software.
• Knowledge of safety and accident prevention measures.
• Ability to communicate in a variety of formats with tact and diplomacy.
• Customer‑service skill to engage respectfully and resolve complaints.

• One year of retail sales experience.
• Visual merchandising skills to create effective displays.
• Knowledge of park rules, policies, and local attractions.
• First Aid and CPR training.

• Unrestricted Class D driver’s license if driving duties are required.
• Ability to meet physical requirements and work in environmental conditions.
• Required verification of identity, employment eligibility, and completion of a background check.
