We’re looking for Part‑Time Retail Sales Associates (Stylists/Sales Support) at Store 0412 – Apache Mall, Rochester, MN 55902. Applicants will be considered as part of a pipeline for future openings.

This is an evergreen requisition used to build a pipeline of candidates for future openings. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, and candidates may be contacted as positions become available.

Deliver excellent customer service and build wardrobes, participate in visual merchandising, maintain store presentation, and focus on customers’ needs to achieve sales goals.

• Cash wrap/cashier: use POS, payment systems, tablets, headsets and stay informed on promotions; deliver seamless omni‑channel experience and promote loyalty programs
• Maintain visual and operational standards while focusing on the customer
• Product flow/shipping & receiving: support shipment processes, contribute to omni‑order fulfilment including curbside pick‑up

• At least 16 years of age
• Willingness to relate to customers of all ages and backgrounds
• Goal/Achievement oriented
• Some technical aptitude
• Ability to follow directions and work with urgency in a fast‑paced environment while handling competing priorities
• Ability to work a flexible schedule

Hourly: $12.57 ‑ $13.37
