Job Summary

Scan Scape Retail Scan Associates visit a designated selection of stores each week to scan all product barcodes on displays and in aisle locations, including aisle end caps. The data collected is analyzed and used to improve the sales performance of the product and retailer.

• Grocery – Rochester, MN 55904 – Wednesday or Thursday
• Mass – Rochester, MN 55904 – Sunday, Monday or Tuesday
• Convenience – Rochester, MN 55901 – Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday

• Perform in-store data collection at assigned local retailers every week for 52 weeks a year, including holiday weeks.
• Use a downloadable app on your mobile phone to scan barcodes in numerous locations throughout each store.
• Provide the quantity of approximately 45% of the products you scan.
• Complete display scanning on the entire store each week, which can take several hours.
• Execute custom projects, which add about 30 minutes to 2 hours of work for those weeks.
• Adhere to weekly deadlines, ensuring reliable and quality-driven data delivery to clients.

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance coverage.
• Ability to endure being on your feet for long periods, while accessing products throughout the store.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, reach 6 feet in the air, and bend/stretch/stoop/stand.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements with hands, wrists, arms, and legs for prolonged periods.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Must be a deadline-driven self‑starter.
• Must have access to reliable Wi‑Fi.
• Must be tech‑savvy.
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
