SALES LEADER – Part-Time

We are looking for part-time Sales Leaders who are enthusiastic, energetic, friendly, and hard-working!

The Sales Leader is responsible for providing exemplary selling and customer service to improve store productivity and profitability. Responsibilities include product recommendations, proactive customer engagement, serving as a role model for retail best practices, and managing store tasks such as opening/closing, inventory, and stockroom duties. The Sales Leader works closely with the store team and reports to the Store Manager.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Create a welcoming shopping environment.
  • Build expertise on products, promotions, and rewards programs tailored to customer needs.
  • Support store management and assist customers with gift solutions.
  • Share stories and foster a community of caring.
  • Handle store operations including merchandising, sales, shipments, inventory, and order fulfillment.
  • Deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
  • Work as a team to meet sales goals.
  • Uphold company policies.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Requirements:

    Required Qualifications:

    • At least 1 year of retail, sales, or customer service experience.
    • Must be 18 or older.
    • Availability to open and close the store at least three times a week and work two weekend shifts per month.
    • Flexible schedule including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
    • Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • 2+ years in retail, sales, or customer service.

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

    • Strong customer engagement and sales skills.
    • Effective communication skills.
    • Adaptability and receptiveness to feedback.
    • Proficiency with computers and technology.
    • Ability to train new employees and understand store policies.

    Working Conditions & Physical Demands:

    • Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 40 pounds, and perform manual tasks.
    • Occasional work at heights, lifting heavier loads, and working outdoors.
    • Continuous communication with customers and team members.

    Employment Status:

    This is a part-time, hourly, non-exempt position, typically 10-28 hours per week.
