• Work alongside talented and passionate culinary professionals to compose and scratch‑bake goods such as hearth breads, artisan loaves, dinner rolls, buns, and more in our state‑of‑the‑art facility.
• Create and trial new recipes while mastering tried‑and‑true favorites.
• Support large‑volume production and contribute to catered events hosted at Epic.
• Operate with a high level of autonomy and pursue opportunities to grow into leadership and management roles.

• 2+ years baking in a professional kitchen and/or a Baking & Pastry Arts degree
• Large‑volume experience is a plus
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
• Available for overnight work, 3rd shift hours
• COVID‑19 vaccination
