We are hiring Team Members to assist with the daily operations at Ayvaz Pizza, a Franchisee of Pizza Hut in Rochester, MN. This role is essential for providing friendly, personalized service with great food in a clean, inviting environment.

Ayvaz Pizza is a fast‑paced, family‑friendly restaurant that values quality, teamwork, and community. Our Team Members are the face of the restaurant and the key to guest satisfaction.

• Greets guests with a smile, receives orders, processes payments, and resolves customer issues.
• Operates cash register or point‑of‑sale devices and uses suggestive‑selling techniques to generate additional sales opportunities.
• Communicates positively with customers, peers, and managers.
• Verifies the accuracy of guests’ orders.
• Prepares and packages food and drink products.
• Maintains clean kitchen area, dining room, restrooms, and exterior grounds.
• Follows Health and Safety standards and uniform/grooming policies.
• Works with management to resolve issues that may arise in the restaurant.
• Prompts and regular attendance on assigned shifts.

• Ability to work well in a fast‑paced environment under pressure.
• Good written, math, and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Minimum age 16 years.
• 18 years old to work opening and closing shifts.
• Possess all documents and permits required by state & federal law.
