Pay Range: $18.21 – $20.00 per hour
Requirements: 1–2 years of baking experience

Job SummaryPrepares baked goods according to recipes and production specifications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Bake breads, pies, cakes, cookies, and other pastries as necessary per the provided production and catering sheets; assist in production planning to meet daily requirements.
- Ensure proper food preparation by utilizing approved recipes, following prescribed production standards, and using proper equipment.
- Complete production records to include waste tracking and part‑used/unused portions; inform supervisor when supplies are low.
- Maintain proper presentation, food quality, portion control, and maintain serving temperatures.
- Maintain sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies, and utensils within the work area.
- Handle food items appropriately and in compliance with all safety regulations during preparation and service.
- Clean equipment and workstation thoroughly before leaving the area for other assignments; keep display equipment clean and free of debris.
- Interact with customers and resolve complaints in a friendly, customer‑service oriented manner; relay concerns directly to supervisors.
- Consistently demonstrate the ability to keep up with peak production and service calmly, accurately, and efficiently.
- Check that all food is presented, served, and displayed per standards.
- Follow principles of sanitation and food safety, ensuring corporate and OSHA standards are met.
- Complete shift work, as assigned, in a timely and thorough manner in accordance with department standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
