Position: Travel Operating Room Registered Nurse - $2,490 per week

Job Details:

• 3 years of operating room experience required

• Travel nursing experience required - first-time travelers not accepted

• Block scheduling available but not guaranteed

• Call shifts required

• Patient ratio of 1:1

• 14-bed operating room unit

• Required certifications: BLS, CNOR preferred

• EPIC charting experience is a hard requirement

• NY nursing license required in hand to submit

• Teal scrubs required

• Floating to other units required

• Must have diverse OR experience including orthopedic total joint and trauma, neurosurgery, gynecology/urology, vascular, and thoracic procedures

• Extensive skill requirements including general surgery, bariatric procedures, ENT surgery, cardiovascular procedures, thoracic surgery, gynecological procedures, orthopedic and spine surgery, plastic surgery, podiatric surgery, and urological procedures

• Experience with Da Vinci Xi Surgical System preferred

• Must be proficient in safety protocols including code response, fire safety, laser safety, radiation safety, and infection control

• Pre-start modules required (up to 10 hours total, 5 hours billable)

• Interdisciplinary support available including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams
