Description (Reason Position Exists):
The Regional Program Manager expands and deepens 180 Degrees’ impact across the regions we serve. Acting as a trusted regional ambassador, this role leads strategic outreach, builds strong partnerships with counties and community providers, strengthens referral pathways, and positions 180 Degrees as a knowledgeable resource and subject matter expert for youth and families.
This position is 60% community-facing (outreach, partnerships, Advancement activities, referral development, events) and 40% internally focused (program oversight, budget review, compliance, support to program leadership).

Approximately half of the community-facing time is spent on referral network development and system partnerships, and half on Advancement priorities including marketing and communications, event support, donor cultivation activities, and foundation engagement.

This role is relational, organized, and strategic, bridging internal operations with external community engagement.
