Electronics Technician, Systems Engineer

The Test Technician provides support and debug for test processes in manufacturing.
Responsibilities- Perform debug and test assemblies to component level using block diagrams and schematics
- Maintain and troubleshoot tester equipment
- Resolve operator issues and collaborate with leadership on training and process improvements
- Provide training and ongoing support to test operators
- Communicate problems to Test Engineer or leadership
- Assist in experiments for failure analysis and root cause analysis
- Recommend additional equipment needs to leadership or Test Engineers
- Participate in Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen continuous improvement activities
- Comply with company security policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
- 0–3+ years of electronics experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and take on additional responsibilities
- Strong organization and prioritization skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work with diverse groups
- Demonstrated discretion, confidentiality, independent judgment, and professionalism
- Proficiency in reading electrical schematics
- Basic understanding of Test Measurement and Debug Techniques
- Ability to support a 24/7 global business operation as required
- Proficient in productivity tools (Microsoft Office, Web Ex)

Education:
2-year engineering or technical degree preferred.
Location:
Rochester, MN
Shift: 2nd (M‑Th 15:30‑01:15)
Employment type:
Full time
Compensation: $22 to $25 (BOE) USD
