Our client, a leader in property management, is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join their team. As an Assistant Property Manager, you will be part of a dynamic environment supporting the management of mobile home parks. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title:Assistant Property Manager
Location:Rochester, MN
Pay Range:$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Shift:8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Monday - Friday)
What's the Job?- Interact with current and prospective residents, providing excellent customer service and addressing questions or concerns.
- Assist in achieving and maintaining a 100% occupancy rate through effective marketing strategies.
- Ensure timely collection of rent and fees, following up with residents on late payments.
- Conduct daily walks of the community to ensure compliance with company home standards.
- Maintain the property office to required standards and complete general office tasks on time.
- Bilingual in Spanish required.
- 1-2 years of administrative experience in an office setting; property management experience is a plus.
- 1-2 years of proven customer service experience through various communication methods.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle.
- Physical ability to be active, including walking, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
