• Start the day by opening the studio, ensuring the space is clean, organized, and ready for members.
• Review daily appointments and goals with the team, fostering a positive and focused environment.
• Act as the team’s go‑to resource, coaching when needed, monitoring performance, and solving problems.
• Onboard and train new Sales Associates, ensuring they feel supported from day one.
• Lead by example, stepping up when the Studio Manager is absent to keep studio operations running smoothly.
• Close the studio at day’s end, celebrate team wins, and prepare for a strong tomorrow.

• Preferred experience in a customer‑facing or sales‑focused role.
• Preferred prior experience supervising or supporting a team.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills in a fast‑paced environment.
• Passion for health, fitness, or wellness.
