Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a full‑time, mid‑level Experience Maintenance Technician to help create a great living environment for our residents. You will play an important role by owning tasks such as miscellaneous maintenance, grounds upkeep and snow removal, interior painting, and janitorial duties. Additionally, you will respond to work orders promptly, communicate professionally with residents, work as a team to ensure apartments are ready for all move‑ins, and complete any other duties required to maintain our communities to the highest standard.

• Miscellaneous maintenance
• Grounds upkeep and snow removal
• Interior painting
• Janitorial to keep common areas pristine
• Respond to work orders promptly
• Communicate professionally with residents about maintenance requests
• Collaborate with the team to prepare apartments for move‑ins and uphold community standards
• Perform additional duties as needed to create a great living environment for residents
• Clean and maintain common areas

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Time‑management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Dry‑wall, painting, and carpentry skills
• Working knowledge of plumbing
• Working knowledge of electrical systems (outlets, switches, light fixtures)

• Experience in multi‑family housing
• Knowledge of boilers (strong preference)
• Boiler license or willingness to obtain one
• HVAC certification (strong preference)
• CPO Certification or willingness to obtain one
• Chiller knowledge

• Multiple properties in the Rochester, MN area
• Hourly pay, full‑time schedule, on‑call
• Use of company vehicle for inter‑property travel
