Base pay range: $19.45/hr - $21.48/hr

Overview: The Maintenance Technician I is responsible for a variety of general custodial, groundskeeping, and general 요소 유지 보수 tasks that ensure the facility, grounds, and equipment are safe, well‑maintained, and attractive in deletes the current Federal, State and local standards, guidelines and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Performs general custodial tasks including, but not limited inherit을, removing trash, washing windows and walls, moving furniture and supplies, and fill‑in housekeeping duties if needed.
• Performs floor care such as cleaning, buffing, stripping, waxing, and carpet cleaning throughout the facility.
• Assists with building maintenance and construction work as needed on all surfaces, interior or exterior of the facility.
• Assists with grounds maintenance, including but not limited to lawn care and snow removal.
• Assists with general repairs to facility and residents’ equipment.
• Operates numerous hand and power tools, and may be required to use various machines such as floor care, grounds‑keeping, and maintenance equipment safely.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a health care setting.
• Building and grounds maintenance experience.
• Valid Driver’s License as appropriate and an acceptable driving record that meets Benedictine requirements.
