Customer Service Representative

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers as needed
• Clean and inspect equipment, checking fluid levels and ensuring safety
• Prepare rental invoices and accept returned equipment

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs
• Willingness to work in a moderately risky environment with safety precautions
• Availability to participate in ongoing education through U-Haul University

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field
• Familiarity with equipment maintenance or inspections
• Ability to drive a forklift (certification provided upon employment)
• Interest in additional certifications, such as propane filling
