This position is based in our campus in Madison, WI. Relocation to the area is required and financial assistance will be provided.
We are seeking exceptional attorneys to join our legal team. You will support our ongoing growth as we expand our offerings and enter new global markets. Your primary focus will be on managing complex litigation and offering proactive counsel on regulatory, competition, healthcare law and other potential risk areas. You will handle and win multi‑million‑dollar disputes, minimize risk, represent the company in high‑stakes proceedings, and forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators.
Your responsibilities and scope will grow rapidly as you deepen your industry knowledge.

Qualifications- Proof of eye for detail, creativity, excellent communication, writing and analytic skills
- Strong academic and professional background
- JD with experience counseling risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, settling negotiated cases and trial practice.
- Experience in competition and regulatory litigation is a plus
- COVID‑19 vaccination status required
- Relocation to Madison, WI; relocation will be reimbursed fully
