Family Law Attorney (Partnership Track) – Mankato or Rochester Office
Compensation: $90,000–$150,000, depending on experience
Location:
In-person, Mankato or Rochester, MN
KH Law is seeking a Family Law Attorney with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our growing team on a partnership track.
We are a collaborative group of attorneys and staff who believe in helping clients through difficult times with compassion, integrity, and strategic advocacy. Every attorney manages their own caseload while working closely with colleagues and paralegals to provide exceptional client experiences and achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities- Represent clients in all aspects of family law, including dissolution, custody, and support matters
- Prepare and argue motions, attend hearings, and participate in trials and alternative dispute resolution
- Communicate with clients frequently and compassionately to ensure understanding and trust
- Collaborate with paralegals and fellow attorneys to ensure efficiency, quality, and consistent client experience
- Contribute to process improvement, mentorship, and firmwide collaboration
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly
- Professionalism and emotional intelligence in client interactions
- Team-oriented mindset and commitment to supporting others
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Alignment with KH Law’s values and dedication to client success
- Minimum of 2 years of experience, with a strong background in family law and courtroom advocacy
