Senior In-house Attorney

We are recruiting an exceptional attorney to join our legal team at Epic’s Madison, WI campus. The position requires relocation to Madison and full financial relocation assistance will be provided.

As Senior Attorney, you will support Epic’s growing business as it expands into new global markets. Your primary responsibilities include negotiating multi‑million dollar license and service agreements with leading healthcare organizations worldwide, forging relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with US and international legal frameworks, and managing litigation matters. Your level of responsibility will grow rapidly as you deepen your industry knowledge.
