Project Manager, IT Project Manager, Systems Analyst

We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager/Scrum Master to lead large-scale platform modernization and transformation initiatives. This role requires someone who can manage complex programs, facilitate Agile delivery, and communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

• Lead large modernization or transformation projects across Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Serve as both Project Manager and Scrum Master, facilitating ceremonies and driving delivery.
• Build and maintain project plans, schedules, roadmaps, and executive-level presentations.
• Provide clear weekly status reporting, including risks, issues, dependencies, and milestones.
• Manage project budgets including resource hours, SOW oversight, cloud/infrastructure costs, and financial tracking.
• Facilitate discussions across architecture, engineering, product, business, and leadership teams.

• Proven experience managing large platform modernization or transformational programs.
• Strong background in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Hybrid delivery, and cross-functional team leadership.
• Proficient in:
  Jira, IBM RTC (Rational Team Concert), IBM RRC (Rational Requirements Composer), Clarity (budget/financials), SharePoint, Quick Base, Microsoft Office Suite
• Skilled in creating polished PowerPoint executive presentations and detailed project documentation.
• Comfortable presenting to and influencing senior leadership.
• Experience facilitating both technical and business conversations.
• Preferred industry background:
  Healthcare, health insurance, provider/network domain.
