Technical Success Manager

The primary purpose of this role is to serve as the point of contact for the data needs of cohort companies in the MCP Accelerate Program. The Technical Success Manager will establish and lead all data‑related aspects of the Accelerate program.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all data‑related questions from MCP Accelerate cohort companies.
• Address and triage data questions as they arise and facilitate coordination with data science support teams.
• Work directly with the DSS team to make requisite data available for Accelerate tenancies.
• Onboard cohort companies in partnership with Accelerate Program Success Managers and the DSS team.
• Continuously improve the Accelerate program in partnership with MCP leadership.

• Serve as a liaison to technical internal and external partnerships.
• Assist with the creation and collection of metrics to ensure the success of the Accelerate Program.
• Advise and assist with strategic expansion of the Accelerate Program.
• Work with clinical mentors to validate solutions and provide direction on clinical workflow analysis.
