Responsibilities

Join a world‑class Neurology team advancing innovation, education, and patient care. The CNP Technologist role is part of our multi‑skilled Neurodiagnostic team, performing procedures including Electroencephalography (EEG), Evoked Potentials, Autonomic Testing, and/or Nerve Conduction Studies. Our technologists ensure exceptional patient preparation, accurate data acquisition, and a safe, high‑quality testing environment.

We are actively hiring Technologist I, II, and III levels, offering a clear and supported pathway for advancement as your skills and certifications grow.

Three‑tier technologist structure (Tech I, II, III) supports your growth at every stage of your career. You will be hired to the level you qualify for based on experience, competencies, and required certifications.

What you’ll do:

  • Perform high‑quality routine and ambulatory EEG hookups, recordings, uploads, and disconnects in a clinic or outpatient lab setting.
  • Prepare and support patients throughout testing, ensuring comfort, safety, and understanding of the procedure.
  • Ensure clean, reliable EEG data through strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Accurately document technical findings to support timely physician interpretation and patient care pathways.
  • Support the development of future technologists by mentoring students and trainees.
  • Contribute to a progressive, innovation‑focused EEG program with opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

Tech I

  • High School Diploma or GED. Graduate of an accredited institution for neurodiagnostic technology or 2 years equivalent neurodiagnostic tech experience. Associate’s degree preferred.
  • Within two years of employment, obtain certification through ABRET (R. EEG T., R. EP T., CNIM, CLTM and CAP) and/or ABEM (CNCT) and/or AAET (R.NCS.T.) in the laboratory of hire.
  • Current certification in Basic Life Support.

Tech II

  • High School Diploma or GED and 3 years of Neurodiagnostics experience. Associate’s degree preferred.
  • Must be a current Registered Neurodiagnostic Technologist with ABRET (R. EEG T., R. EP T., CNIM, CLTM and CAP) and/or ABEM (CNCT) and/or AAET (R.NCS.T.) certification.
  • Current certification in Basic Life Support.

Tech III

  • High School Diploma or GED and 5 years of Neurodiagnostics experience. Associate’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum ten years neurodiagnostic experience (outpatient and/or inpatient) or hire prior to 2002.
  • Must be a current Registered Neurodiagnostic Technologist with two of the following registries, or one registry plus: minimum five years neurodiagnostic inpatient experience.
  • Current certification in Basic Life Support.
