We have an exciting opportunity for a Summer Supplemental Therapy Technician to support our hospital-based Pediatric therapy team. We are seeking an individual with interest and/or experience in the field of rehabilitation services with a passion for helping children and their families succeed.
The Pediatric Therapy Technician plays an essential role in supporting Physical Therapists (PT) and Occupational Therapists (OT) in the inpatient pediatric setting, including units such as PICU, CVICU, general pediatric floors, and rehabilitation areas. Under the direction of licensed therapists and clinical supervisors, the technician assists with patient care activities, equipment transport and sanitization, prepares and maintains treatment environments, facilitates safe and efficient therapy delivery, and supports the operational flow of the pediatric therapy hospital service.
The Pediatric Therapy Technician contributes directly to high quality, family centered care by ensuring therapists can maximize treatment time and clinical efficiency.

High School diploma or equivalent required. Additional education, experience and skill in the field of human services preferred. Ability to use electronic equipment which may include computers, telephones, and video cameras is required. Interpersonal skills are required for effective communication.
