* What You’ll Do:

*** Deliver expert-level clinical care within the full scope of aesthetic services
* Lead and mentor clinical teams to drive performance and guest satisfaction
* Oversee recruitment, training, and development of clinical staff
* Manage guest concerns with professionalism and solution-focused care
* Certify and coach providers to meet skill standards and performance goals
* Represent Chapter Aesthetic Studio in the local aesthetic and professional community
* Ensure compliance with HIPAA, safety regulations, and internal protocols
* Contribute to innovation through the launch of new products and services

* What We’re Looking For:

*** Active RN or NP licensure and board certification
* Proven leadership experience in clinical or aesthetic settings
* High ethical standards and commitment to compliance
* Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and team leadership abilities
* Comfort with ambiguity and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
* Strong track record of delivering outstanding guest or patient experiences
