We have an exciting opportunity for a Pediatric Outpatient Occupational Therapist. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Outpatient Occupational Therapist to join our dedicated team.
This role involves providing comprehensive occupational therapy services to children and adolescents with a wide range of developmental, physical, and cognitive challenges in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary outpatient setting. This position will also work within specialized multidisciplinary clinics, including the NICU Clinic, Cerebral Palsy and Spina Bifida Clinic, Functional Movement Disorder Program, and Neuromuscular Clinic.

QualificationsGraduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
License or CertificationLicensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Minnesota as an Occupational Therapist. NBCOT certification as an OTR is required for employment at Mayo Clinic (both upon hiring and ongoing certification every 3 years).
Additional Qualifications- Experience working with pediatric populations (preferred)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for providing high-quality care and making a difference in the lives of children and families
- Demonstrated skills in organization, communication, interpersonal relations, leadership, decision making and problem solving
- Prefer board certification in clinical specialty area and/or advanced degree in health care field
- Active participation within professional organization is preferred

Schedule DetailsTypical outpatient clinic hours are 8:00-5:00 Monday-Friday.
Weekend ScheduleThis position includes weekend coverage in our hospital practice roughly every fourth weekend. When scheduled to work a weekend, comp days are provided during the normal weekday schedule.
