Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) for a contract assignment in Rochester, Minnesota. As an Occupational Therapist, you will assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans that help patients regain function and independence in their daily lives. This role offers a dynamic and patient-focused environment where your skills can shine.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform evaluations and create personalized treatment plans

Assist patients in regaining functional independence in daily activities

Provide adaptive equipment recommendations and training

Document progress, update goals, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams

Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and wellness

Active Minnesota OT license (or ability to obtain)

Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program

Current BLS certification

1+ year of clinical experience preferred

Strong communication and collaboration skills
